Do you offer returns?
Yes—please contact us within 14 days of delivery for authorization and ship approved returns back within 21 days. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. See our full policy below.
Which items are final sale / not eligible for refund?
All made to order items, which include apparel, mugs, notebooks & journals, personalized items, totes, and blankets; digital downloads, and sale/seconds items.
Do you offer exchanges?
We cannot offer exchanges on made to order items. For other categories, the easiest path is a return + new purchase to secure your preferred item.
When will my order ship?
In‑stock items ship in 1–3 business days. Apparel and other made‑to‑order items begin production shortly after purchase and may ship on a separate timeline.
Which carriers do you use?
Primarily USPS (First Class/Priority by weight). For small, flat items like stickers and mini prints, we may use USPS Standard Letter Postage (no tracking) to keep your shipping cost low. Tracking upgrades are available at checkout.
Do you ship to the European Union (EU)?
Not at this time. We currently do not ship to EU member countries. We do ship within the U.S. and to select international destinations outside the EU.
Can I change my address?
Message us ASAP. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a parcel returns to us, we’re happy to reship; reshipping postage applies.
Color variation?
Slight variation can occur between screens and small‑batch print runs—this isn’t considered a defect. If something seems off, please reach out.
