How to Start a Return
1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for authorization.
2. Once approved, ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
3. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Buyer pays return shipping.
Original shipping is non‑refundable; if your order shipped “free,” our actual postage may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (3–5 business days).
We recommend a trackable shipping service for your return.

Sale/seconds items
Exchanges: We cannot offer exchanges on made to order items. For other categories, the simplest path is a return + new purchase to secure the size/style you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
Your order number
3–4 clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief note about the issue
We’ll offer a replacement or refund promptly. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Cancellations
Requests are accepted within 2 hours of purchase or before production begins (for apparel/made‑to‑order), whichever comes first. Once production or packing starts, we’re unable to cancel.
Return Address
Provided with your authorization. Please do not ship returns without approval.
