Shipping Details

Processing Times

  • In‑stock goods: 1–3 business days

  • Preorders: 2–3 weeks

  • Apparel/Made‑to‑Order: production begins shortly after purchase (ships separately when ready)

Service Levels (U.S.)

  • Standard Letter Postage (No Tracking): Used for stickers and very small flat items to reduce your shipping cost. Delivery typically 3–10 business days depending on destination and USPS volume. If you prefer tracking, please select an upgraded method at checkout.

  • USPS First Class Package: Typically 3–7 business days; includes tracking.

  • USPS Priority: Typically 2–4 business days; includes tracking and limited insurance.
    Estimates only; carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

International
We currently ship to select destinations outside the EU. We are unable to ship to EU member countries at this time. Delivery times vary by destination and customs. Duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once handed to the carrier, we see the same tracking you do. If tracking stalls or shows delivered but you don’t have the parcel:

  1. Check with neighbors/household and your local post office.

  2. Confirm the shipping address on your order.

  3. Message us—we’ll help you start a carrier inquiry.
    Note: Letter Postage shipments do not include tracking; choose a tracked service at checkout if you need delivery scans.

Address Issues
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If a parcel returns to us, we can reship to a corrected address; reshipping postage applies.

Packaging & Eco Notes
We use rigid mailers for flat goods and sturdy boxes for fragile items, with eco‑aware materials whenever possible. Most orders include a care card and a little dose of joy.
